Tree Guarantee

Not happy with your tree, or feel it’s not up to your standards? No problem! We’ll replace it with a new one. Just send us a message via the chat, and we’ll arrange for a replacement tree.

Delivery with Track & Trace

You’ll receive an email containing a link to track your order. On the day of delivery, you’ll be able to follow live updates to see when your tree will arrive. If you’re not home, don’t worry—we’ll call you or leave the tree with your neighbors.

Optional: Tree Stand

Want the tree mounted on a stand? For just €7.00, we’ll securely attach a stand to your tree before delivery.

Optional: EASYFIX

If you already have an EASYFIX stand, we can drill a perfectly straight hole at the base of the tree for just €1.95 using our EASYFIX machine. Need an EASYFIX pot? Order one easily through our webshop under "Accessories."

A) If you live in the green area, it’s almost guaranteed your tree will arrive on your chosen date. However, there is a one-day buffer, so it could arrive a day earlier or later.

Q) What does the Tree Guarantee mean?
A) It means we guarantee a beautiful tree that meets your expectations. If you don’t like it, we’ll replace it with a new one—simple as that!

Q) Does the wooden stand keep the tree stable?
A) Yes, the tree is securely fastened with a strong screw to ensure stability. After mounting, we test the tree to make sure it stands straight and steady.
